These terms govern your use of Fitness Snap, a mobile app by Den Digital LLC for meal logging, nutrition estimates, goals, habits, and optional Pro features.
Fitness Snap provides estimates only. AI photo scans, barcode data, and food search results can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Fitness Snap is not medical advice, dietetic care, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified health professional.
You are responsible for deciding whether Fitness Snap is appropriate for you and for verifying nutrition information when it matters. Do not rely on the app for allergies, medical nutrition therapy, eating-disorder treatment, pregnancy nutrition, medication management, or emergency health decisions.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may request deletion of your account and associated Fitness Snap data from inside the app or by emailing support@dendigital.us.
When you use AI photo scanning, you authorize Fitness Snap to send the selected meal photo to our server and AI provider solely to estimate nutrition. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use.
Fitness Snap Pro may be offered as an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime unlock. Prices are shown before purchase and are processed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through your App Store or Google Play account settings before renewal. Lifetime unlocks apply to the Fitness Snap Pro features available in the app and are not a guarantee that every future product or separate app from Den Digital LLC is included.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass quotas or payments, interfere with the service, upload illegal content, or use Fitness Snap to harm others.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Fitness Snap. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fitness Snap is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Den Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
