Is I4Design free?
Yes — scanning, redesigning, and the shopping list are free, with no subscription. We may earn an affiliate commission if you buy furniture through the outbound links.
Do I need an iPhone Pro?
The automatic LiDAR scan needs an iPhone Pro or iPad Pro. On other devices you can enter your room’s dimensions by hand and still get the full redesign.
What’s the difference between “Faithful” and “Designer”?
Faithful keeps your room’s exact walls, windows, and layout while restyling it. Designer produces a more polished, magazine-style render that takes a little more creative liberty. Both are generated from your real room photo.
Where do my room photos go?
They’re uploaded to our servers and to the AI providers that create your redesign (Anthropic, Replicate, and/or OpenAI). See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, open Settings → Delete account & data. This permanently removes your saved rooms, photos, and designs from our servers.
Can I reuse a room without rescanning?
Yes. Saved rooms appear under My Rooms — tap one to design it again in a new style or with a different engine.
