SignDen lets you sign PDFs on your own device for free, and optionally send documents
out for signature with a legally-recognized audit trail. This policy explains what stays
on your device, what we store to provide the sending feature, and how you can delete it.
What we collect and process
- Documents you sign yourself — processed entirely on your device. We do
not upload or see these unless you choose to send them out for signature.
- Documents you send for signature — uploaded to our servers so we can
deliver them to your signers and track completion.
- Audit trail data — for every document sent for signature, we record
each signer's email address, IP address, and timestamps (viewed, signed) so we can produce
the audit certificate attached to the completed document.
- Account email — used to authenticate you when you sign in with Apple,
Google, or email. We only collect what your chosen sign-in method provides.
Who your data is shared with
- Signers you send documents to — receive the document and can see your
name and email as the sender.
- Apple or Google — if you sign in with Apple or Google, they process your
authentication under their own privacy policies. Apple ·
Google.
- App Store / Google Play — process subscription payments for SignDen Pro.
We do not receive your full payment card details.
Sent documents and audit data are stored on our own servers to provide the service. We do
not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
What we do NOT do
- No ads and no advertising trackers.
- No selling of personal data.
- No access to documents you only sign yourself — those stay on your device.
Deleting your data
You can delete a sent document and its audit trail at any time from
Sent Documents → Delete in the app. To delete your account and all
associated data, email us and we'll process the request promptly.
Children
SignDen is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal
information from children.
