Is self-signing really free?
Yes — forever. Signing your own documents has no watermark, no account requirement, and no usage limit. Only sending documents out for signature to other people is metered (5 free per month, unlimited on SignDen Pro).
Are SignDen signatures legally binding?
Yes, for most everyday use. SignDen signatures are simple electronic signatures under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA, and under eIDAS in the EU/UK. They are not Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) and may not satisfy requirements for documents that specifically demand a notarized or QES-level signature (for example, certain wills, court filings, or real estate transfers) — check your document's requirements if you're unsure.
What counts toward my 5 free sends a month?
Only documents you send out for signature to other people count. Signing your own documents never counts against this limit, on Free or Pro.
Where do my documents go?
Documents you sign yourself stay on your device. Documents you send for signature are uploaded to our servers so we can deliver them to your signers and generate the audit certificate. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I cancel SignDen Pro?
Cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings — App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SignDen. Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SignDen. One tap and it won't renew again; you keep Pro until the current period ends.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email support@dendigital.us from the address on your account and ask for SignDen account deletion.
